Starting from a home and commercial cleaning service in 1982, Nanci Wright began leasing properties and managing properties in 1984. The business quickly grew, and in 1985 the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce named her Entrepreneur Of the Year. Nanci was also very active in the community and worked with groups such as the Chamber, Tyler Leadership Council and the Tyler Apartment Association.

By 1998, Nanci had built her company into a large and successful organization that managed thousands of units throughout Texas, employing nearly 100 individuals. After a short recess from her busy schedule, she is again back managing properties throughout Tyler. She, along with her husband, Woody, is once again doing what they do best: managing property.

Nanci is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Realtor, Certified Apartment Supervisor, Certified Property Manager, Accredited Buyers Representative, and a Graduate, Realtors Institute.
